This video walks you through how to use the Markup tool to review and leave feedback on your website.

You’ll learn how to switch between Comment and Browse modes. Browse lets you navigate between pages, while Comment lets you pin feedback directly on the page.

For text changes, the recommended approach is to copy the full paragraph into your comment rather than relying on the pin marker alone, as pins don’t always land in the exact spot. You can also attach images or files to your comments for things like photo replacements or new blog content.

Once you’ve finished reviewing, notify the Journey team so they can address your comments. After changes are made, you can resolve comments using the checkbox, which moves them to the resolved section, and you can always reopen them if needed.
